Philm Team Models 2026

Each year we select 10 local models to work closely with for branding work, TFP opportunities, & mentoring.

Any Experience. Any Individual.

The Philm Model Team is a yearly, rotating curated group of creatives working through branding projects, collaborative TFP shoots, and ongoing portfolio development.

Kat, the Photographer and Creative Director, shapes each concept and tailors shoots to highlight each model’s strengths, personality, and creative direction.

Jamison supports on-set as a mentor and assistant, helping guide models through posing, confidence, and workflow to keep everything running smoothly and collaboratively.

This is a closed creative team designed to keep TFP intentional, structured, and purposeful.

Applications open each November. Stay tuned.
